Diddy’s federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial continued this week with more from a Jane Doe alleged to have been a former romantic partner of the Bad Boy Records founder.

Per reporting from Complex’s Shawn Setaro, who has been in attendance for Diddy’s New York trial, the unnamed woman, referred to only as Jane Doe, said during cross-examination on Tuesday that she “came across” the concept of cuckoldry while seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the sexual nature of her and Diddy’s relationship. Per Doe, she was introduced to this term while doing her own research in 2022.

"I came across this word that was called a 'cuck,' a cuckolder,” Doe said on the stand on Tuesday. “I was just trying to understand... I was just like, this is spot-on."

This “deep-dive,” per Doe, was inspired by her desire to understand “why my partner,” i.e. Diddy, “wanted so many of these nights.” The “these nights” in question is a reference to her and Diddy’s alleged sexual activity, which, like the headlines-spurring details of alleged “freak-off” sessions, have remained a dominant conversation topic amid Diddy’s ongoing trial.

"I just wanted to know why my partner wanted so many of these nights... One [reason is] the cuck derives pleasure from seeing his woman derive pleasure from the other man,” Doe said Tuesday. “Cucks could also have a bi-curiosity that they're too ashamed to experience themselves, so they use the women.”

Elsewhere during her time on the stand on Tuesday, Doe pointed to alleged NBA comparisons in connection with their sexual activity with an escort. Doe said that she was Kobe Bryant and Diddy was Michael Jordan, while the escort, Paul, was Shaquille O’Neal.

Recent days have seen Diddy’s legal team again asking the judge overseeing the case to declare a mistrial, this time pointing to an allegation of dangling a woman from a balcony. Diddy’s lawyers argued this “demonstrably false” accusation amounted to prosecutorial misconduct. A similar argument was previously made in connection with Kid Cudi’s time on the stand.

Diddy has denied the allegations in the federal case, which previously saw Cassie testifying against him.
