50 Cent and Rémy Martin have brought an end to their legal battle over a bottle-based disagreement.

In 2021, per a Reuters report at the time, Rémy Martin sued 50’s Sire Spirits for what they alleged was a “blatant attempt” at copying its glass cognac bottle design. The Branson cognac bottle, Rémy Martin further argued, was “nearly indistinguishable” from its own design. Within days, 50 had addressed the suit on social media, saying the company was “afraid of me already.”

Now, according to TMZ, the two parties have agreed on a settlement in the case. No amount or related terms for the settlement, at least at the time of this writing, had been publicly announced.

Complex has reached out to 50 Cent's rep, as well as to Rémy Martin, for comment on the newly reported settlement. This story may be updated.

At the time of this writing, 50 hadn’t publicly addressed the settlement. He has, however, been actively promoting Branson amid Stanley Cup proceedings.

The mogul announced his partnership with NHL champions the Las Vegas Golden Knights, per TMZ. The deal names Sire Spirits' Branson Cognac and Le Chemin du Roi Champagne as the official drinks of the team. The contract provides exposure as 50's company will be featured around the arena and on digital platforms.

As the team won the championship, they celebrated with bottles of his beverages on deck. The Power executive producer's G-Unity Foundation will also work with the Golden Knights to give back to the community in Las Vegas.

Earlier this month, 50 popped up—upside down again, no less—in the new trailer for the upcoming Expendables sequel Expend4bles. Fif is joined in the Scott Waugh-directed sequel’s cast by Megan Fox, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Sylvester Stallone, Andy Garcia, and more.
