The best gangster rap has always involved a partnership between South Central and Compton, and the new group G-Worthy continues that tradition. The crew consists of artists already well established in their own right: South Central rapper G Perico, Compton's Jay Worthy, and producer Cardo.

The trio's new self-titled project has seven G-funk inspired tracks that Cardo aptly describes as "late night mobbin" music. It is put out by Fools Gold, making the group label mates with Worthy's other project LNDN DRGS.

You can check out G-Worthy's self-titled project over at Apple Music/iTunes, or stream it below via Spotify.
