UPDATED 7/14/17: It's been a month since Beyoncé delivered the world's most famous pair of newborns, Rumi and Sir Carter. Early Friday morning, the pop icon celebrated by posting a photo of her holding the twins on Instagram, with the caption "Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today. 🙏🏽❤️👨🏽👩🏽👧🏽👶🏾👶🏾."
While the twins may only be a month old, they've already had eventful lives. They got shouted out by Obama, their dad released an album, and their mom's fans had some pretty intense feelings in response. Also, their big sister became a rap star herself. Not bad for four weeks.
Shortly after Beyoncé shared the first photo of the twins, her mother Tina confirmed in her own Instagram post that Rumi and Sir are a girl and a boy, respectively:
