Jennifer Lopez is taking a hiatus from her love life, and she made it known at her recent concert in Bilbao, Spain.
When responding to a sign in the crowd on Tuesday, July 15, that read, “J Lo, marry me?” Lopez, 55, laughed and responded, “I think I’m done with that. Yeah, I tried that a few times.” Lopez was performing in Spain as part of the European leg of her Up All Night tour when the moment was captured and shared to X.
Her comment got cheers and laughter from the crowd as she turned and walked away in a sparkling silver bodysuit.
Lopez is no stranger to giving marriage a try. She has been married four times, with her most recent marriage to Ben Affleck ending earlier this year.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer first married Cuban waiter Ojani Noa in February 1997 when she met him in Miami filming Blood and Wine. They divorced shortly after in 1998.
Lopez then married her former back-up dancer, Cris Judd, in 2001. They were together for two years before splitting in 2003. Before the divorce was finalized, she began dating Ben Affleck.
Though Lopez and Affleck, 52, were engaged in 2002, they split before getting married. In 2004, Lopez tied the knot with Marc Anthony and spent 10 years together. They share two children, a set of twins, Emme and Max, 17.
Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance, with rumors flying in 2021 that they were back together. They married in 2022 and divorced at the end of 2024, with the separation being finalized in January. Lopez released her 9th studio album, This Is Me…Now, in 2024 and dedicated it to her then-husband, Affleck.
It’s no wonder that J.Lo is not looking for another partner any time soon. Right now, she seems to be enjoying her time performing for fans all throughout Europe. Her tour is scheduled to continue through August 12, with her last show taking place in Sardinia, Italy.
