Los Angeles-based DJ Destructo delivers the video for "4 Real" featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Makonnen, and the unlikely pairing is impressive to say the least. "I went down to his [Ty's] house with Waxy (Wax Motif) and he just started singing 'I'm for real I'm for real," Destructo tells Fader of how the collaboration came together. "I had already spoken to Makonnen about the track, so Ty shouted him out. Makonnen then returned the favor."
The vibrant clip for the track draws heavily from the visual lexicon of hip-hop in 2015, complete with "Hotline Bling" lighting and DS2-esque liquid clouds. The video also features supermodels writhing around in plastic wrap, literal backstabbing and cascading pink vomit. Check out the Destructo's spectacle above.
