With most people already struggling to keep up with their fitness resolutions, Spotify released some of the most popular work out tunes across the service, Varietyreports. Almost too on the nose, Eminem's "Till I Collapse" topped the list of global workout songs, followed by Post Malone's "rockstar." Eminem shows up again in the third spot with the track "Lose Yourself" from the 8 Mile soundtrack, bringing everyone that much closer to their pre-rap battle light jog dreams.

All things considered, these seem like good songs to work out to. The U.S. list differs a bit from the global one.

Kendrick Lamar's Damn track "Humble" takes the second spot on the U.S. list while Migos' recently released Culture 2 single "Motorsport" featuring Cardi B and Nicki Minaj takes the number ten spot of most popular workout songs in the U.S.
