Disturbing Tha Peace isn't making the headlines musically as it used to but today, Ludacris' label is hitting the news wire in an unrelated fashion. According to a recent report from TMZ, the Atlanta rapper has filed suit against Demetri and Donna Evans-Brown for illegal use of his copyrighted name.

The Texas couple have been using the name "Disturb Tha Peace" in a marketing campaign of their recording business and audio equipment. Luda is suing for damages and lawyer's fees and says he's owned the "Disturbing Tha Peace" name since 2003.
