New Yorkers A$AP Rocky and Lana Del Rey are set to play former president John F. Kennedy and his wife, Jacqueline "Jackie O" Kennedy, in the "Video Games" singer's latest video, "National Anthem," taken from her Interscope debut, Born To Die.
"I play JFK, she plays Jackie O. Some cool trippy shit, some real 2015 shit," Rocky said of the not-so-shocking collaboration. "People are going to get it in three years, and that's the whole purpose of it."
This will not be the first time A$AP Rocky and Lana Del Rey cross paths with one another. Rocky and Lana shared this year's February/March issue of Complex with their own covers (Rocky here and Lana here). Additionally, LDR is slated to appear on A$AP's major-label debut, Long.Live.A$AP, on a song called "Ridin'."
Based on what A$AP Rocky has said, the "National Anthem" video is definitely something to look out for.
