Ye was hit with a new lawsuit by a former Yeezy employee who's accusing him of bullying his Jewish staff and praising Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, TMZ reports.

The woman is allegedly a former marketing specialist at Yeezy who said she was fired for standing up to his antisemitic rhetoric in the workplace. According to court documents, the woman said Ye reached out to her and another Jewish employee in a group chat and wrote, "Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler."

She also claimed Ye texted her, "I Am A NAZI," after she suggested he put out a statement denying any ties to Nazism after causing controversy with the antisemitic lyrics and cover art of Vultures Vol. 1. Ye also allegedly told the woman "Cut the bullshit" and "Fuck out of here" in one conversation, and also called her a "heartless sociopath," told her to "shut the fuck up bitch,” and challenged her to “come destroy me bitch.”

Other things Ye allegedly texted her include "Hail Hitler," "You Ugly as Fuck," "You stupid ass corny bitch," "You Piece of Shit" and "Fuck You Bitch." He also allegedly said "You what's left after I said deathcon," a reference to his 2022 tweet where he threatened to go "death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE."

The woman allegedly reported the issue to a manager but was fired shortly after and is now seeking damages from emotional distress and humiliation. In a statement, the woman’s legal team stated Ye’s antisemitic behavior will no longer be excused.

“Ye waged a relentless and deliberate campaign of antisemitism and misogyny against my client,” said the plaintiff’s lawyer, Carney Shegerian, in a statement. “His appalling treatment of women and fixation on Nazism, evident in abusive texts where he repeatedly calls himself Hitler, expose his motives. We need to stop excusing Ye’s behavior. As a father, husband, and employer, he must be held accountable. Ye dared my client to sue, and we will see him in court.”
