Machine Gun Kelly isn't thrilled with his exclusion from an arbitrary "White Rapper Mount Rushmore" list.
On Sunday, MGK hopped on X to express his thoughts about a recent graphic that included Eminem, Paul Wall, Russ, and the late Mac Miller.
"Me not on the white rapper mt rushmore is blasphemy," MGK wrote alongside a retweet of a video of him freestyling alongside Gillie Tha Kid and Wallo.
MGK began his career as a rapper in the mid-2010s and found moderate success before blowing up in the mainstream as a punk rock/alternative artist. He was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 65th annual Grammy Awards, but he occasionally tapped back into the rap scene with freestyles.
Over the weekend, MGK made a surprise appearance at the 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, hitting the stage with Three 6 Mafia and Travis Barker. This camecame after Megan Fox gave birth to their first child together.
MGK also shared a photo of him embracing Juicy J at Coachella, writing: "Juice believed in me 2011 before the world did. First rapper to pull up and get high with me. First major feature I had. The chorus of 'wild boy' is sampled from our song on his mixtape."
