Jacquees and Deiondra Sanders are officially new parents with the arrival of their baby boy.
On Friday, Sanders gave birth to the newly engaged couple's first bundle of joy, weighing 6 lbs, 13 ounces, and 18 inches long. The singer shared several posts about the arrival of "Baby Que" on his Instagram, including pictures of himself standing over his son and more.
"God I thank you MY BIGGEST BLESSING TO DATE🙏🏾🩵 Baby Que 8/9/24 9:57 a.m. ATL GA! Thank you Jesus. 6 pounds 13 ounces 18 inches," he wrote. "IM IN LOVE AGAIN 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 thank you @deiondrasanders."
Sanders posted a message of gratitude and relief for the safe delivery of her baby while listing some of the medical issues she endured to get to this point in her life. Her pregnancy was reportedly considered high-risk and she couldn't be any happier to have become a mother for the first time.
"WE MADE IT YALL🥹 Through every challenge—the fibroids, the threatened miscarriages, the shortened cervix, the cerclage, the myomectomies, the wisdom of age(keep it cute lol), the possibility of placenta accreta and taking my entire uterus, the bed rest, and the prayers to reach 28 weeks—by the grace of God, WE MADE IT. 🙌🏾," she wrote while she thanked Jesus and God for the safe delivery. "This journey has been long, but seeing your face, my sweet baby boy, made every moment worthwhile. I am overjoyed to be your mom and cannot wait to share a lifetime of love and adventures with you. I love you so much Baby Que💙 I Love you so much Que."
Deion Sanders announced the arrival of his first grandson during a preseason press conference for his Colorado Buffaloes football team. During the team's media day, Sanders dropped the news and thanked God for making him a grandfather on his 57th birthday, a milestone he stated was "beautiful" and a "blessing."
"That's how good God is, like God would choose me on my birthday, for my daughter, for my kids to have their first child, the first time I'm a grandfather, on my birthday," said Coach Prime. "Do you understand how beautiful that is? How much of a blessing that is?"
