Crime Mob's Princess Telling Story of Michael Jackson "Knuck If You Buck" Remix Prank Is Going Viral

Fans believe the prank led to the group breaking up in the mid-2000s.

Michael Jackson recorded a verse for a remix to the classic anthem "Knuck If You Buck," according to the prank Crime Mob's Princess pulled on group member Diamond.

Princess's interview on Storytime with Legendary Jerry last year has resurfaced online thanks to her explaining how she pranked Diamond into thinking the King of Pop wanted to be on the remix to their hit song. According to Princess, she met MJ at Six Flags, and he ended up recording a verse for the song's remix while adding his pet chimpanzee Bubbles did ab-libs.

Despite thinking the prank was all in good fun, Princess said Diamond was hurt by it, and she apologized to her for making her think MJ and Bubbles got in their bag for the "Knuck If You Buck" remix.

"We came home, we called Diamond, we told her we saw Michael Jackson at Six Flags, and that Michael Jackson wants to get on 'Knuck if You Buck,'" recalled Princess. "[We said] he just left our house, and she needs to come listen to his verse. She ran all the way from her house to ours, and she believed us. It hurt her. I'm sorry. I'm sorry we told Michael Jackson… I'm so serious. [We were] 16."

She added, "We was like, 'The limousine just left.' Brittany Nicole Diamond Carpentero, I am so sorry for telling you Michael Joseph Jackson and Bubbles came to our house in Ellenwood, right around the corner from you, to get on 'Knuck If You Buck.'… If I would have known 20 years would go by and you would have a beef with me, I'm so sorry. … [I am] sincerely apologetic."

Fans on social media reacted to the resurfaced clip, with many believing the prank, hurting Diamond is what led to the group breaking up. Others highlighted how MJ would've bodied his verse and how ridiculous the prank was.
