6ix9ine is once again confined to his home after pleading guilty in an assault case tied to a Florida mall altercation.

According to federal court documents obtained by Complex, and additional reporting by TMZ, the Brooklyn-born rapper admitted to violating the terms of his probation by assaulting a man who reportedly called him a “snitch.” At a hearing in Manhattan federal court on Friday, 6ix9ine had extra conditions added on to his existing supervised release.

The court’s order requires him to be fitted for electronic monitoring within 24 hours after returning home to Florida, where he now resides. After that, he has to remain in his house, with exceptions only for religious services; medical, mental health, or substance abuse treatment; visits with his attorney; and court appearances or other court obligations.

The rapper was first put on house arrest in April 2020 after being let out of prison early due to the Covid-19 pandemic. His sentence ended that August.

The incident that sparked the violation unfolded in August at the Palm Beach County Mall, where prosecutors say 6ix9ine and another man knocked a third individual to the ground before kicking and punching him. The alleged beating stopped when the pair realized the man was armed, prompting them to flee the scene.

This marks yet another legal setback for 6ix9ine, who was at the time of the incident about to be sentenced for a separate supervised release violation. That violation, dating back to a police raid on his house in March, culminated with the rapper pleading guilty to possessing MDMA and cocaine this past July.

The rapper's next court appearance, where Judge Paul Engelmayer will examine both the old and new violations and decide what the ultimate consequences will be, is scheduled for November 4.

Outside of his legal issues, 6ix9ine recently paid a visit to DJ Vlad and claimed that multiple rappers had sex with Bhad Bhabie before she turned 18. According to 6ix9ine, his former collaborator Trippie Redd was one of the many artists.

“Apart [from] Trippie Redd, all these rappers fucked Bhad Bhabie while she was underage,” said 6ix9ine. “She knows it, they know it.”
