Rapper DMX is being sued by a South Carolina nightclub for taking money for a gig and not performing, according to a TMZ report.
Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the lawsuit, according to TMZ, which states that DMX agreed to do a "meet and greet" on Aug. 25 for $3,000. DMX allegedly never showed up for the gig. Also in the report, the club wants DMX to return the money and pay for liquor and bartending services.
