Kendrick Lamar has shown fans why he's earned the "Big Protein" nickname and shared a glimpse of his soulful workout routine to his burner Instagram account.

In the clip, which was posted to his @jojoruski burner Instagram, K Dot can be seen hitting some moderated burpees on a gorgeous sunny day while Con Funk Shun’s “Straight From the Heart” serves as the soundtrack. Lamar then meanders over to a pull-up bar and gets in a few reps while singing along to the track.

Fans flooded the comments section with their approval and quickly noted Lamar's150 grams of protein regiment spoken about in his “The Hillbillies” collaboration with cousin Baby Keem earlier in 2023.

“One hunned and fifty grams of protein y’all better stop playing bro I swear bro,” one person wrote.

Kung Fu Kenny unveiled his burner IG in June after fans of the Compton rapper noticed the social media account had a lot of personal footage of the elusive MC. The account featured clips of Kendrick doing everyday activities, and fans appear to be huge supporters of the endeavor.

In other news, Lamar will soon serve as one of the headliners for ONE Musicfest 2023 this fall. The two-day Atlanta festival–which takes place October 28-29 at Piedmont Park—unveiled its full lineup on July 12, and headliners include Lamar, Janet Jackson, Brent Faiyaz, and Megan The Stallion.

Additional performers include Bryson Tiller, Kodak Black, Coi Leray, The-Dream, Chief Keef, Fabolous, Jadakiss, Coco Jones, and Boosie, to name a few. On the designated stage dedicated to the 50th year of Hip Hop, performers include Nelly, KRS-One, Too $hort, Big Daddy Kane, Trina, and many more.
