PRhyme (Royce Da 5’9” and DJ Premier) shared a two-and-a-half minute long version of their collaboration "Mode," a few months back. That version made the soundtrack for the Jake Gyllenhaal led movie, Southpaw. Today, they've unleashed an insane seven-minute version of the track that will serve as the forthcoming deluxe edition of their debut self-titled project, which will feature collabs with Joey Bada$$, MF Doom, Phonte and Black Thought, among others.
If you want to see PRhyme live in NYC, you're in luck—the two will be headlining an event for CMJ at Gramercy Theatre on Oct. 13, backed by Adrian Younge and his band Venice Dawn. Grab your tickets here.
