R. Kelly Is Facing a Lawsuit After Mocking Autistic Fan and Forcing Him to Sing "I Believe I Can Fly"

R. Kelly is in hot water after mocking an autistic fan.

For someone who has a host of legal issues in his life, many of which turn anything he tries to do into shit, you'd think R. Kelly would learn to shut the fuck up. Based on this latest piece of nonsense to hit the newswire, though? He's far from learning that lesson.

Earlier today, TMZreported that Kelly threw some disgusting shots at an autistic fan of his. The fan, a 27-year-old by the name of Lenny Felix, apparently ran into Kelly and his crew outside of a nightclub and was starstruck. Upon thinking that Felix, who is autistic, was drunk, Kelly and his squad decided to make Felix sing "I Believe I Can Fly," which he did. Kelly then sang "I believe that you high ... smoking on that Percocet" on camera, mocking Felix.

Felix's family didn't think it was funny, especially when they reportedly said that Felix's response after seeing the video was, "I don't want him to think I'm dumb. Do you think he was making fun of me?" Like what in the actual fuck, R. Kelly?

Kelly did send TMZ an apology to Felix, saying that he didn't think he was autistic (although I'm not sure how you'd KNOW someone was autistic just by looking at them). According to a new report from TMZ, Kelly might need to lawyer up, as Felix's family plans on suing Kelly.

Felix's uncle Scott Lettieri told TMZ Kelly "would not take responsibility for disrespecting and getting a laugh at the expense of a sensitive young man who suffers from autism," and that they feel "there is no recourse but to pursue legal action."

As of right now, there's no word on if the Felix family is sending a lawsuit Kelly's way, but it'll be interesting to see how this develops.
