21 Savage is ending 2025 on a strong note.
The 33-year-old's new album, 'What Happened to the Streets?,' arrived on Friday. It features appearances from Latto, Young Nudy, Drake, GloRilla, G Herbo, Metro Boomin, Lil Baby, and Jawan Harris.
He teased the effort earlier this month, suggesting he had something big in store for Friday, December 12. Several days later, 21 confirmed he was releasing a full-length project — his first since 2024’s chart-topping American Dream.
The rapper also dropped off the video for the album cut "HA."
The Grammy-winning rapper dropped the news with a cinematic black-and-white trailer that featured a dizzy montage of snipers, barking dogs, people running through the flame-engulfed streets, and more. The video ended with the album title and the December 12 release date.
21 kept details to a minimum, declining to reveal album titles and potential features. However, several of his contemporaries took to the comments section to applaud and hype the release.
“You know you go NO SKIPS every time Buddy,” G Herbo wrote.
“Let’s go ,” DJ Khaled added. “WE READY.”
