North and Chicago are primarily featured in the video as they are seen "driving around" in vehicles in the desert. The artist formerly known as Kanye West is nowhere to be found.
According to TMZ, there is speculation that the video is relying on generative AI images.
North first grabbed people's attention in August when it was revealed that she was rapping in Japanese on the Vultures 2 standout track.
