Will Smith is suspected of posting a video from his tour that features AI-generated images of fans.

Smith, who is currently on the UK leg of his Based on a True Story Tour, posted footage from his previous shows that seemingly draws attention to the supposed AI use with the caption, "My favorite part of tour is seeing you all up close."

A Reddit user brought up their suspicions, pointing out how these AI-generated images tend to reveal itself whenever there's an up-close shot of the crowd. One person highlighted the distorted faces below the "From West Philly..." sign, another mentioned oddities involving the people holding the sign that reads, "'You Can Make It’ helped me survive cancer. THX Will."

The Instagram post is filled with responses that bring up the possible AI usage. "This AI slop is so embarrassing LMAO pause the video and you can see the inconsistent finger lengths and that the cell phones warp in the palm of the hands," one commenter wrote.

"I had to come see it for myself. I paused through the crowd clips and it's definitely AI generated," another wrote.

A response on Reddit suggested image upscaling may have caused these clips to appear the way they do.
