Rico Nasty has her doubts about the existence of dinosaurs.

Rico recently expanded on those thoughts on the Zach Sang Show where she questioned the concept of paleontology, which she refers to as archeology. She is especially caught up on the idea that paleontologists discovered fossils by digging them up.

“You found all the pieces of these creatures that were supposedly whatever the fuck, right?” she said at the 50:40 mark. “And, my whole theory on it is, like, when they came up with dinosaurs, they very much so kept it in mind that it’s just dinosaurs.”

“A fucking Tyrannosaurus Rex was here, and you found it?” Rico added.

Rico also questioned how their names came to be, and how deep they had to dig to discover these fossils.

“Are there any pictures in the ancient pyramids of dinosaurs?” she asked.

Rico ultimately reached the conclusion that she needs to get in touch with a paleontologist, which is a better approach than just flat-out denying their existence.

When asked what the motivation would be for making up the existence of dinosaurs, Rico said money, having a job centered around that specific field, and university funding that would allow for someone to pursue such a career.

Her skepticism comes after watching the 2026 Netflix documentary The Dinosaurs, which was executive produced by Steven Spielberg and narrated by Morgan Freeman. According to the streamer, the four-part docuseries “examines their 165 million years on Earth and the forces that shaped their evolution.”

Rico seemingly believes the government scheme comes in the form of profiting off the idea of dinosaurs, presumably through toys and merchandise, as well as the Jurassic Park movies, which have spun off into theme park attractions, etc.
