TMZ has learned that a judge granted the restraining order filed by Billie Eilish and her family against an overbearing fan who showed up to her home seven times, and once tried using the door handle to enter their residence. Prenell Rousseau, 24, is now required to cease contact with anyone in the Eilish family, and stay 200 yards away. He was forced to take a bus back to New York where he lives, but Billie is reportedly fearful that he will eventually return.

The first time Rousseau visited Eilish’s home was last Monday when he rang their doorbell, asking, "I think I might have the wrong house, but does Billie Eilish live here?" Her father responded to his question through their Ring camera, telling him that he had the wrong home.

Eilish said Rousseau returned to her home at 9 p.m. that same day, displaying "erratic behavior." She said that as they were waiting for security to arrive, the trespasser sat down on their porch and started to read a book while "continuing to engage in a periodic monologue." When security was able to move him from the premises, Rousseau came back a little while later, and laid down behind a wall as if he was ready to spend the night there.

Eilish claims that Rousseau has shown up at her home seven times, and she's afraid that he could possibly be spreading coronavirus since he has touched their doorbell without wearing gloves, and been on their porch without a mask on five times. He has also spoken to her security team while his mask was pulled down.

Despite being taken into custody twice this week, Rousseau has not been placed behind bars since trespassing is considered a non-violent crime. Authorities are trying to curb the spread of COVID-19 in prisons by allowing those with non-violent offenses back into society. A hearing has been set for June 1.

Last week, Ariana Grande and her mother Joan were given a five-year restraining order against Fidel Henriquez, 20, when he trespassed on her L.A. home before the property manager called the police, and had him arrested.
