Forbes is kicking off 2016 with their annual 30 Under 30 list that identifies the breakout talents changing the game. This year's list is stacked with a lineup that includes the Weeknd, his Madness tourmate HalseyFetty Wap, Rae Sremmurd, Grimes, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and Nick Jonas.

The picks were decided by a panel of judges made up of 30 Under 30 list alums including Mac Miller, Gary Clark, Jr., ICM talent agent Zach Iser, and Zinepak cofounder Kim Kaupe. Per Forbes' standard, the magazine ensures at least ten of the 30 honorees aren't primarily performers. Past alums of the list include Adele, who just scored the top selling album of 2015, and Kendrick Lamar, whose To Pimp a Butterfly album earned him 11 Grammy nominations.
