It's been a few months since Major Lazer dropped their Peace Is The Mission album which makes it the perfect time for a facelift of one of the album's biggest tracks. This time, the group tapped rising Virginia rapper D.R.A.M. to refresh their power ballad "Powerful" with an official remix. Exchanging some of Ellie Goulding's vocals for his own, D.R.A.M. steers the song down a hard-hitting lane where the beat slaps harder to create a boisterous new energy. This is one of those times where the remix surpasses the original.
