Gucci Mane Shares New Video for "Gucci Please" and Talks to 'Vogue'

Watch a behind-the-scenes look at Gucci Mane's triumphant first concert out of prison for his "Gucci Please" video.

Gucci Mane is living well in life after prison, even while finishing the rest of his sentence on house arrest. On Tuesday, the Atlanta rap veteran returned once again with his new video for "Gucci Please." Along with the new video, which documented parts of his first post-prison concert, Gucci spoke with Vogue about his style, new diet, and much more.

"The Gucci Mane & Friends concert was a very triumphant time for me," Gucci told Vogue. "Being confined in the house all of the time, it was finally good to get back on the stage and see all of the artists I have been recording with for years." Zaytoven and Mike WiLL Made-It, who were largely in charge of the production for Gucci's new albumEverybody Looking, were on site to support their friend and make cameos in the video.

Most noticeably, Gucci is a new man who has talked openly about kicking his lean habit in exchange for a workout routine and healthy eating, which he says is responsible for his drastic physical transformation. As a result, his style has evolved too. "Before I was incarcerated, I had gotten so overweight that I couldn’t fit into any of the clothes I wanted to wear. So with the time I was away, I decided I was going to lose weight so I could be able to wear all the brands that I really like." What are those brands exactly? "I’ve always liked Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hugo Boss, and just anything dope that catches my eye."

Everybody Looking, Gucci’s ninth studio album and most recent release, landed at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 200, earning him his best ranking since he peaked at No. 4 for The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted back in 2010.
