Someone made the mistake to name their breast milk ice cream with the same name as Lady Gaga, and now things are getting very real. The mother monster is threatening to sue British company The Licktators that makes breast milk ice cream for ripping off her name by naming a new flavor "Royal Baby Gaga." In a cease and desist letter, the singer claimed the company is riding her fame with their recent flavor name without her consent as reported by The Mirror. While the ice-cream company is licking up all the free publicity, they are also shooting back stating the flavor was actually named to commemorate the May birth of Princess Charlotte. A tub of the flavor features a photo of the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton cradling the newest royal against a pink and blue Union Jack flag.
"The Licktators are opposing Gaga on the basis that the disputed word 'Gaga' is not a word she can claim copyright on, having a meaning of its own in the Oxford English dictionary as well as being a sound that babies commonly make," the company said in a statement on Facebook.
