A new survey in August ranked Ariana Grande the second most disliked person in America, surpassed only by Bill Cosby. While Ariana battled the court of public opinion over the summer following that whole "I hate America" thing, she released an official apology for her "poor choice of words" and declared she is "EXTREMELY proud to be an American." Today, she's apologizing once again in a new interview with Good Morning America. "First of all, my behavior was very offensive and I apologized. There’s no excuse, or there’s nothing to justify it. But I think as human beings, we all say and do things that we don’t mean at all sometimes.” Grande said, “We have to learn for it. That’s part of our process. We have to learn from our mistakes. That’s how we grow.”

Ariana said she discovered “what it feels like to disappoint so many people who love and believe in you, and that’s an excruciating feeling.” Watch the whole GMA interview above.
