Philadelphia rapper Freeway has reportedly been diagnosed with kidney failure and received an emergency dialysis treatment today, according to REVOLT. The news comes just days ahead of Freeway's scheduled hosting duties at the first-ever Freefest in Philadelphia this Saturday (September 19). The State Property emcee's diagnosis came as a result of a routine checkup and he's reportedly scheduled for a second dialysis session tomorrow. As of yet, neither Freeway or organizers behind the planned concert have addressed whether or not Freefest will go on this weekend.
