TDE's second annual Holiday Concert and Toy Giveaway event went down today in Watts, L.A. at the Nickerson Gardens Projects, the development where both Jay Rock and label CEO Anthony Tiffith grew up. Kendrick Lamar and the rest of TDE performed at the event which also featured surprise performances from Big Sean and Ty Dolla $ign.
Kendrick Lamar performed "Alright" and the TDE collective performed their recent "Vice City" posse cut from Jay Rock's album while Big Sean offered fans a rendition of "Blessings." Ty Dolla $ign jumped into the crowd during a performance of "Blase."
