London rapper Lancey Foux and Texas-born artist Teezo Touchdwon have partnered on a new track called “Daylight”, and it features some blockbuster production from the ubiquitous Cash Cobain.
Lancey and Teezo make for a natural pairing, finding common cause in their Auto-Tuned rap-rock hybrid sounds. NYC-hailing producer-of-the-moment, Cash Cobain’s contributions take the track to another level, adding a sense of grandeur and drama to the all-or-nothing love song.
Matching that sense of scale, the Emma Berson-directed video is surreal and epic with sweeping shots across the desert and Lancey buried up to his neck in sand.
