A security guard at a Clippers-Lakers game didn't realize he grabbed Travis Scott until it was too late.
The UTOPIA rapper attended the game at Los Angeles' Intuit Dome on Tuesday night, and a viral clip shows him entering the court. As he stepped onto the floor, a security guard wearing a leather jacket roughly snatched Scott by his sleeve.
But instead of reacting, Scott simply walked toward the other side of the court, where he greeted another guard.
The Houston artist sat beside Michael Rubin throughout the game, where the Lakers beat the Clippers 122-97.
Based on his tweets the night of the game, Scott appears to be more focused on co-headlining Coachella than the handsy security guard. He even invited college band members to participate in his show.
Scott expressed on X that he had a "wild thought," presumably leading to his follow-up post.
"Any hbcu or really any college with a band. Big or small. That stand to take on that horn arrangement from [his track] 4x4," he wrote. "I’m down to bring u with me to Coachella to do it with me. And posssibly figuring out a way to take care a semester cause college is hard. But music is fun. :)). Show me something."
For two weekends in April, Scott will co-headline Coachella with Lady Gaga, Post Malone, and Green Day.
