Rick Ross will soon be parting ways with one of his luxurious properties.
As reported by the Miami New Times, the rapper and entrepreneur has listed his lavish Southwest Ranches mansion for $6.5 million, nearly double what Ross bought the home for in 2021.
The South Florida estate is located at 16800 Berkshire Court and houses six bedrooms and seven bathrooms within its 8,675 square feet. The mansion features an extravagant kitchen, with a stainless-steel electric stove, engraved cabinets and a chandelier placed above a marble-topped island. Other spots in the house are fit for parties, like a movie theater, an elaborate dining room and a billiard room with its own bar.
Ross' home was previously owned by retired NBA player and current professional basketball coach Amar'e Stoudemire. Over the years, Ricky Rozay has customized the property by installing a new roof in 2023, and having a nine-car garage.
While Ross is leaving the Broward County region, artists like The Weeknd are moving to South Florida. In September, it was reported that the Hurry Up Tomorrow singer had purchased a waterfront Coral Gables home for a whopping $54.9 million, with its own dock for a yacht and an infinity pool.
Ross' last solo album, Richer Than I Ever Been, was released in the same year that he purchased his South Florida home. His primary residence, dubbed "the Promise Land," is located in Fayetteville, Georgia, where he hosts an annual car and bike show.
