Omarion still thinks fondly of his time dating Solange when they were teens.
Joined by his B2K group mates on the Tuesday (Dec. 2) episode of Funny Marco's Open Thoughts, the host asked the R&B outfit who they tried to hit on when they were younger. After Lil Fizz revealed that he shot his shot with Ashanti, Omarion shared that he successfully sealed the deal with the When I Get Home artist, and they dated for a brief time.
"Destiny's Child invited us to our first overseas tour in B2K. And me and Solange, we ended up being boyfriend and girlfriend for that little short period of that tour," Omarion explained.
Omarion also revealed that Solange gifted him "rocks," which were likely healing stones or crystals. "She was deep," he said.
When Marco asked if Omarion "missed" the vocalist, he confirmed so, although he acknowledged that "life has happened."
Elsewhere, B2K member Raz-B said that he and Raven-Symoné, who is now married, were "close friends." "I remember she pulled up on me, she gave me a nice little kiss and, you know, we just remained friends," he said.
In a 2015 Instagram post, per Hello Beautiful, Solange posted a throwback photo of her and Omarion, calling their younger selves "little teenage boos." "But used to have hide it because I was scared dem b2k fans would try to cut me, lol," she joked.
The artists were friends well into adulthood, and after Solange divorced her first husband, Daniel Smith, as she starred in the 2006 music video for Omarion's "Ice Box."
