Megan Thee Stallion has happily entered her "feminine era."

The three-time Grammy winner, who's in a relationship with professional basketball player Klay Thompson, gushed about the current phase of her life on the Friday (October 31) episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show. Last month, Megan released her new single, "Lover Girl," dedicated to Thompson. The couple has also fueled rumors of moving in together.

"Right now, I'm in such a feminine era of my life," Megan told Hudson around the two-minute mark of the video below. "I'm not saying I'm in a feminine era of my life because of a man. I'm saying, because I've been through like so much, and I feel like I was always on the defense for a long time. And I [felt] like, Oh, my
gosh
, I got to fight for myself. I'm squaring up with everybody all the time."

The Houston native added that she now feels "sure" of herself, "relaxed" and has stepped into her "soft girl essence."

"I just feel like right now in life, I'm just a little bit more calm and relaxed
and more zen and more accepting of love," Megan continued. "I'm receiving
love way better than I ever have in life, which is probably why the man that I have now has came into my life, 'cause I was ready to have him."

"I'm still doing hot girl stuff," she joked. "But I love him."

While the rapper gears up to go to court against blogger Milagro Gramz in a defamation trial involving Tory Lanez, she's more recently had to fight off those trolling "Lover Girl." During an Instagram Live session last month, Megan accused those slamming the song on social media of being paid "bots."

Megan is otherwise living her best life with Thompson, who she went public with in July.
