R&B and pop singer Lizzo has learned to forgive herself after moments of overindulgence.

In a TikTok posted on Monday (Sept. 30), the four-time Grammy winner admitted to binge eating the day before, but gave herself an affirmation on deserving grace.

“I overate yesterday and im (sic) feeling really bad about it,” read the message over a clip of Lizzo taking a look at herself in the camera. "I'm trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment. And if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too."

Dubbed over the video was a soundbite by poet 'Soulxsigh', where he says, "You did good today, really good. You might not see it, you might think it was just another day but it wasn't. Every step you took today was a step forward no matter how small."

Lizzo's caption was similarly encouraging, reading, "If you’re going through this ur not alone ❤️."

The evening before, Lizzo posted a video of herself reading a menu at Italian restaurant Carbone in New York City, although she didn't share what her meal was.

But the "Special" artist has locked in on her gym time, denying once again that she's used Ozempic. "Do I look that dramatically different? Or have you just not been paying attention?" she asks in the TikTok below.

Lizzo has taken to TikTok to document reaching her fitness over the past year, also giving herself some downtime on occasional vacations, like visiting Bali with SZA in August.
