Kristin Cabot has resigned from her position as head of HR at Astronomer, just days after the departure of the company's former CEO Andy Byron.

The resignation comes one week after Byron and Cabot were seen canoodling on a "kiss cam" during Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour stop at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin joked that the coworkers were either "very shy" or having "an affair," which Byron and Cabot seemed to fess up to in their decision to leave Astronomer.

"Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer — she’s resigned," a rep for the technology firm told TMZ.

Shortly before departing Astronomer, Byron was placed on leave pending investigation. Following his leave, the company is now looking for a new chief executive, while Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy serves as interim CEO.

"As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding," a statement from Astronomer read. "Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met."

Coldplay might be in viral heaven right now due to the two high-profile fans, but the person responsible for capturing the moment would also like her flowers.

The original clip is credited to @instaagraace on TikTok, where it’s stacked up tens of millions of views. A video shared on Friday (July 18) to the same account was captioned "returning to TikTok after breaking the internet, destroying multiple careers, and ruining two marriages."

In another TikTok update, the user urged those visiting her profile in light of the Coldplay clip to consider helping her with student loan payments.

"You’re all so welcome for today’s entertainment," she wrote. "Want to show your gratitude? Help me, who is just a girl, pay off $80,000 in student loans!"
