Kathy Griffin has gone under the knife for a third facelift and it probably won't be her last.
The actress-comedian, 64, discussed her facial procedures on the August 5 episode of her YouTube show Talk Your Head Off, her most recent having been performed by Dr. Ben Talei.
Around the six-minute mark of the video below, Griffin confessed that she'd gotten a "third" facelift and jokingly called herself "vain."
"I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes!" she said.
"You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want," she continued. "I don't want you to come to care what I look like. I'm in Lululemons today for God's sake. I'm in my fat pants."
Griffin said that while she doesn't have "dysmorphia," she loves a "good yank" during facelifts.
"I don't want to see you in six months," Griffin said. "I want a good, healthy yank. and you know, tie it at the back, 'cause I don't know the logistics. But as far as I know, they just yank the crap out of your skin and your neck."
The former My Life on the D-List star said her facial enhancements included an "upper eye job," professionally known as upper blepharoplasty, and a "cat eye stitch" to remove excess droopiness from her lids. She also got a chin augmentation to tighten her lower face.
"There's a stitch in my chin, which you're probably not going to see unless you're under me, but not in that way," Griffin joked.
The podcaster went on to admit that plastic surgery is "painful" despite those who say otherwise. "So these bitches that are like, 'It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No, it's painful," she said.
Griffin occasionally details her procedures on social media, like earlier this year, when she shared her disgust with getting "ridiculous" lip fillers. Among Griffin's earliest surgeries was rhinoplasty in her mid-20s, which she recounted in her 2009 memoir, Official Book Club Selection.
