Detroit music acts JMSN and Sada Baby collide on the "955" remix of JMSN's viral single "Soft Spot."

After "Soft Spot" became a viral hit roughly one year after it's release, it was only right for the alt-R&B and electronic act to connect with Sada, a fellow Midwesterner. JMSN announced the track with a new video to kick off December, with Sada delivering saucy bars like "Body on body, your body on mines/ I got my mind on you/ I done got way too used to your lies/ Still turn around and cry for you."

Last September, JMSN released the lead single off his eighth studio album, Soft Spot, accompanied by an eye-catching video of him dancing under a spotlight while surrounded by other men wearing white tanks.

JMSN also plugged the deluxe "Soft Spot" single pack, which includes the song's original version, the Sada Baby-assisted remix, an extended mix and instrumental version.

Over the fall, "Soft Spot" got some mashups with throwback songs by Migos, Ne-Yo and more.

"It went crazy there," JMSN told Complex about the song's viral success. "I mean, I dance like that all the time…Maybe it’s the combination of just the song, the clip, but something just worked. I was just going off to the song. I don't know what the fuck I'm doing, but somehow it works sometimes."

The musician also shared that he's bringing some of his older material to TikTok. "Once that started working, I cut up over a hundred clips before I left on tour. We've just been feeding the TikTok and slowly we're going to Twitter with clips from like 2018," he said. "We just had one yesterday that was from 2017 that's going crazy on TikTok. I'm like, 'We're going to go through every single album. Let it do what it does. I don't give a shit when it was from. Let's go.'"
