Future has delivered an emotional reaction to the sudden lost of his Freebandz signee, Young Scooter.

On March 28, the late Atlanta artist died on his 39th birthday after sustaining a thigh injury on a fence that resulted in significant blood loss. Young Scooter, real name Kenneth Kenneth Edward Rashaad Bailey, was fleeing police after they were wrongly notified about a domestic dispute.

Following an outpour of grief by Young Thug, ATL Jacob, Quavo, Offset and more, on Wednesday (April 2), Future posted an Instagram Story dedicated to Scooter.

"Life will never b the same without u my brother." Future wrote over a video of him and Scooter during a happier time. "I love you my [ninja emoji] this shit unreal [heartbroken emoji]."

Future previously tweeted in dedication to Scooter, writing, "I can hear u loud and clear my brother(street)…we got u kid." The cause of Scooter's death has been disputed for nearly a week, with Young Thug appearing to allege that the Atlanta Police Department was behind it. Local authorities, however, have denied that the rapper was fatally shot.

The woman who called police, former Baddies star Demetria Spence, has since been arrested and charged with transmitting a false public alarm. In the call, Spence alleged that a female victim was severely assaulted and held captive in a house next to hers by several armed men. Spence would eventually post an Instagram Story, denying that the incident occurred.
