Although it’s Pride Month, Boosie Badazz does not intend to let transgender women attend his topless pool party.

The rapper, who has never been aligned with the LGBTQ+ community, posted on his X account with a message that read: "SORRY NO TRANNYS ALLOWED AT THE TOPLESS POOL PARTY. WE WILL BE CHECKING Adam's apples n STRONG FACIAL FEATURES n LARGE HANDS. I tried to be respectful I said MS."

Included in the post was a screenshot of someone DMing Boosie on Instagram to inquire about ticket to the event. After the rapper directed them to the link in his bio, the person asked if “Trans r allowed,” to which Boosie replied, “No sorry no tranny ms are allowed.” The exchange ended cordially with the person responding, “Ok.”

The rapper has been known for his anti-LGBTQ+ remarks in recent years, which vary in intensity. In February 2020, he posted a video targeting NBA star Dwyane Wade after Wade's child Zaya came out as transgender, saying "Don't cut his d--k off, bruh. Don't dress him as a woman, dawg. He's 12 years old." Mike Tyson would go on to question him, asking: "What happened to you that you think that you're somebody that can make a comment on somebody's life?"

In October 2021, Twitter (now known as X) removed a post from Boosie targeting Lil Nas X. The post read, “STOP TROLLING ME F***** LOL!! IF YOU #commitsuicide YOU WOULD DO THIS WORLD A HUGE FAVOR NOBODY WANTS U HERE." Earlier that year, he had also threatened to "drag" and "beat" Lil Nas X.

But it appears Boosie is opening up dialogue about his past remarks, even linking up with Jason Lee, who is also gay. When the Hollywood Unlocked founder asked if he’d ever perform at a Pride event, Boosie said he would not. “You would get more p***y at a gay club than you would at a straight club,” Lee said, even offering to host an event and asking if the rapper would be okay with that.

“I don’t really know if they look at you ‘gay gay’ like that,” Boosie said. “You would just be looked at as Jason Lee. I didn’t know you were gay!” However, the rapper said Lee “sounds gay,” which the pair laughed about.
