The idea of Willie Nelson getting busted for pot possession at this point in his life just seems wrong, but that's exactly what happened in a small Texas town last November when Willie's tourbus was pulled over at a checkpoint. Luckily, the prosecuter seems to be a fan.

County Attorney C.R. "Kit" Bramblett is recommending a plea deal that would involve Willie singing his hit song "Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain" for the courtroom. This performance would count as Willie's community service, and his record would be cleared after 30 days. The deal still has to be approved by the judge and Willie's lawyer, but it sounds fair to us.
