According to TMZ, the State of California is suing Lil' Fizz from the R&B group B2K because he is one of the owners of an illegal marijuana dispensary. The shop, called Little Amsterdam, has been open since July of last year, but it is allegedly operating in an area of Hollywood where weed shops are restricted.
Not only do prosecutors want him to shut down the shop, but they're hitting him with a $2,500 fine for each day the shop has been open. That comes to $1,192,500. He'll also have to pay attorney fees and other costs associated with the case.
