UPDATED 2/26 at 2:30 p.m. ET: After hearing Future's claims, Eliza Seraphin took to her Instagram Story to deny reports that she refers to her daughter as a "Check Baby."

"At this point, even I'm tired of hearing about the case. It's much easier to just be responsible. Honestly," Seraphin wrote. "And for the record, I have never referred to Reign as a 'check baby.' Others who dislike me have. People can make claims all day but that's a bit much. I love my baby and it shows. And that's all ima say."

She went on to explain that she hasn't gotten "half a penny" from Future, so there's no way the child could be considered a "Check Baby." She considers these accusations to be "defamation" and "slander" because she claims that they aren't true.

Future claims that the alleged mother of his child, Eliza Seraphin, is using the baby as a ploy to siphon money out of him. Now, the rapper says he has evidence to prove this theory.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Future claims that Seraphin has nicknamed her 9-month-old daughter "Check Baby" and has referred to her as such on several occasions. Future's legal team describes the name/phrase as "slang terminology describing a child conceived solely for the purposes of extorting monies from the father of a child in the child support setting."

To solidify these allegations, Future and his lawyers point to an online interview during which Seraphin's friend alleges that she researched how much child support Future pays the mothers of his other children, so that she would know how much money she'd get monthly by having his child. The friend also reportedly said that Seraphin started to take fertility pills to increase her chances of getting pregnant by the rapper.

Future's lawyers have reviewed the financial affidavit Seraphin has submitted to the court, and believe that the child only required $450 a month and that anything more than this excessive. Additionally, Future has not admitted to being the child's father. He's even asked the Broward County judge to dismiss the paternity case that Seraphin has filed against him.
