DJ Kool went after Donald Trump after his hit song ended up in the President's campaign meme.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, DJ Kool explained to his fans that he has nothing to do with Trump's viral tweet.

"I HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT TRUMP TWEET THIS MORNING AS FAR AS THEM USING MY MUSIC IS CONCERNED AND I GOT MY MGMT TEAM ON TOP OF IT RIGHT NOW," Kool wrote in the caption, per Genius. "TO ALL MY FOLLOWERS THAT HIT ME IN SUPPORT OF THIS ISSUE I LOVE YOU ALL THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS YOU (PLEASE REPOST THIS.)"

Trump sent out a tweet on Monday that was meant to take a jab at Joe Biden. The clip is a take on an Allstate Insurance commercial that featured spokesman Dennis Haysbert watching a baseball game with his friends, when a commercial starring himself came on during the break. In Trump's version, Barack Obama's head is placed on Haysbert's body as they watch Biden stumble through a story. It closes with DJ Kool's 1996 single playing while the Trump 2020 logo takes over the screen.

The Washington DC native now joins a long list of artists that include Prince, Rihanna, Adele, and more who don't want their work associated with the President of the United States.
