While most of hip-hop praised Cardi on winning the Grammy at Sunday's awards, there were a few loud objections to Invasion of Privacy being recognized as the Best Rap Album. So, in true Bardi fashion, Cardi hopped on Instagram with a video that addressed the keyboard critics.

In a now deleted post, Cardi launched a passionate attack in defense of her work ethic and explained the process of making Invasion of Privacy while carrying a child.

She first seemingly alluded to the media pinning her against Nicki Minaj to slight either artist because of Cardi's accomplishment.

"It's not my style for people to put other people down to uplift somebody else. That's not my style and that's not what I'm with. I don't support that," Cardi began before going into the hate surrounding her win.

"However, I'm seeing a lot of sh*t today and I saw a lot of bullsh*t last night... I work hard for my motherf**kin album. I remember last year when I didn't win for 'Bodak Yellow' and everyone was like 'Cardi got snubbed...' Now it's a motherf**kin problem?!," Cardi said. "I locked myself in the studio for 3 months, my n***a. Didn't go to sleep in my bed sometimes for four days, pregnant... while everybody was harassing me like 'You can't do it...'"

Although the post was quickly removed from her page, she replaced the rant with a screenshot of a comment from Chance The Rapper praising Bardi on her album win.
