6ix9ine is bringing everyone down with him. While some people are worried that the rapper is just dragging names into the equation to save himself, 50 Cent took this as an opportunity to prove that he rarely takes things seriously.
"Jimmy finna do the race," the rapper said in reference to Jim Jones. "They got his name in all that shit."
During his testimony, 6ix9ine claimed that Dipset Capo, Jim Jones, was a member of the Nine Trey Bloods. He also referred to Jim Jones as a "retired rapper," which made 50 laugh.
In addition to signaling out Jones as a gang member, the court played a recorded phone call between Jones and alleged Nine Trey godfather Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones.
"He not a gang member no more," Jones said. "He was never a gang member. They going to have to violate shorty because shorty is on some bullshit." Another call way played in which Jones allegedly urged Kifano "Shotti" Jordan to "stalk" 6ix9ine's moves.
