Drake’s VIEWShas been out for just over a week now, and it’s already regarded as the most successful album of his career metrics-wise. The official numbers came in today and Drizzy sold 851,000 copies in the first week, beating out releases from the likes of Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and Beyoncé. Not bad at all.
Despite airing a special edition of OVO Sound Radio for the debut of VIEWS last week, the show returns today for episode 21, which includes a guest mix by producer Maneesh. He’s one of the newer names affiliated with OVO Sound and is mostly known for producing the Meek Mill diss track “Charged Up.” He’s also credited on four songs from VIEWS, including “Keep the Family Close,” “Still Here,” “Summers Over Interlude,” and “Views.”
Maneesh was a DJ before he transitioned into producing full-time, so listeners should expect this mix to go off. Tune into OVO Sound Radio here.
