Kanye West is so serious about running for President that he’s showing support for another candidate’s Presidential campaign as good luck.
According to a report by Buzzfeed, ‘Ye is among the top contributors who gave a large amount to Hillary Clinton’s campaign. We don’t know exactly how much, but his name was listed among Matt Damon, Tom Hanks, and Jessica Alba.
Clinton, who is aiming to be the Democrats' candidate, has recently spoken about who will be her Vice President if she does win the election. She’s not ruling out Kanye either.
"I've told Kanye that I think he might want to wait cause I’ll be running for reelection," Clinton said. "I might want to give him some additional experience so he’s got, on all the other things he’s done on his resume, he’s got some kind of envoy role or something he could point to... I would not rule out anybody for vice president.”
That same report revealed Clinton's campaign spent $15,000 at Jay Z's 40/40 Club on "catering, food and beverages" in September. Will Hov return the favor?
