French Montana’s “Unforgettable” is spawning remixes by Major Lazer, Dave East, and many more. To officially kick off Memorial Day weekend, Slim Jxmmi adds a verse to “Unforgettable,” reuniting with his brother Swae Lee for a Sremm Remix.
With his vocals drenched in Auto-Tune, Slim Jxmmi captures the vibe of the record, rapping about drinking too much and chasing after a bad ting. All this needs is French’s original vocals and it sounds worthy to make the final cut of his album.
Rae Sremmurd have been taking a step back from the spotlight to push members of the SremmLife crew. Earlier this week, Complex premiered Bobo Swae’s “Rowdy.” He broke down the process behind the record.
"Me, Swae Lee and DJ Sremm were in the studio together, and I went in the booth dropped the hook and verse and Swae went in right behind me and bodied the track, then a few weeks later Slim heard the track and just bodied it."
